We had an emergency job booked for them to come and replace the boiler and all radiators in the house. We had 4 lads turn up at 8am, they were all so polite and friendly. Then a couple more to do electrical work and then more help turned up. The job they did was amazing, we all had a laugh aswell and I honestly can't praise them enough. A few names I can remember, Josh, Liam, Riley, the new apprentice. They are a credit to the company and really made the day a good one. Thanks guys! I hope you get the recognition you deserve πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼

Unreliable, destroy your property, can't do a job properly and refuse to compensate for damages they caused.
Brand new flooring and gave them invoices of the cost of the flooring and labour.
There telling me I have to have one of their companies come in and do the work.
Really!!! I'm fed up not hard up.
Disgusting people.

Ring them up for boiler issues/not working. No hot water or heating. Still waitng 16 hours later for someone to fix it after ringing them back twice to see what's happening. Just to be told the engineer will be with you shortly. No apology No call back to say one won't be turning up. This is not the first time of this happening.. the best is when they just turn up on your door unexpected to expect to be let in for a service that you don't k ow anything about, for the engineer to get moody with you.

I have read several reviews here regarding this company if that's what you can call them. Having got oil for heating and hot water at my property. Because of there faulty gauge that measures oil level been unserviceable since the 12/4/2024 and still got neither heating or hot water I have had 2 cancellations I had to call them as they couldn't be bothered to let me know. So now been told that someone should be here on Monday 22/4/2024 so that will be a 10 days by then. I won't hold my breath.

Had Nippy round to uncap gas, he deserves a halo as fixed the leak on boiler the same day, going to the office for the washer. Nippy went above and beyond and I now have heat and hot water. Lovely talkative man or should I say angel in disguise. Nippy deserves recognition for his hard work. Thank you Nippy.

Appointment booked for 23rd April 2021 between 12-5pm rang at 4-50pm where are they, oh he went home this morning ill, well thanks for ringing, we did it rescheduled for 11th May 2021 8am-12pm at 3-10 had to ring say where is he she sd oh yes he was supposed to call. Did he leave a card no I was here. Now rescheduled for fri 14th 12-2pm may be 3rd time lucky but I will be letting the gybc that they have not bothered the last 2 arrangements.
