After sending two emails (they were recommended by our surveyor) my husband sent one, and a few weeks later I sent one ,having absolutely no response and not even’ve ‘ cannot fit you in , but thank you for your enquiry’ ,we thought as they were so highly recommended maybe the mails were going into the trash...so I tried to phone a few times after 5 as we work...no answer machine ! But I finally rang last week before 5 and a nice lady said she deals with the emails, and even though we sent through their website she had not received them...so she gave me her email again..my husband resent... not a thing, as I said this was a recommendation our property is grade 2 and required expertise, ok it’s not a new build that I require but there is quite a bit to be done, and I did say we could wait in line.
In business is it not good manners to say sorry we can’t fit you in... or at least we have received your email and we will get back to you? Nothing from them and we have wasted weeks. Be warned
