Had a great experience with Beacon Flooring when a pipe burst in our ground floor flat. Emily and the team where very helpful in making sure the repairs and the everything had dried out correctly. Although very busy they did their very best to get everything sorted out as quickly as possible in time for Christmas. Really delighted that a local family owned Goring firm could offer such a good service at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Emily, Dan, Geoff and the team at Beacon Flooring are amazing. We have had a few carpet fittings and more recently karndean in our kitchen and all fittings, comms, knowledge and customer service have been perfect and stress free. Emily has been so flexible with our recent extension situation and we could not be happier with our new kitchen floor. (Oak karndean tiles) The latex and fitting was immaculate, thank you all!

We had three rooms newly carpeted, plus refitting of existing carpets in rooms where they had been taking up during renovations. Dan also added extra bits to carpets to fill in where fitted units were removed. I needed carpets and wooden flooring as part of a major house renovation project, and I also needed a good carpet & flooring fitter...I was chatting about my requirements with my Chimney Sweep (Chris, from J. H. Hutt & Sons - who had just sorted out my open-fireplace and chimney stack) and he recommended Beacon Flooring and Dan initially to me.

Dan was brilliant to deal with, very hard-working throughout and very proactive in providing solutions to the inevitable snagging issues that a major property renovation project creates. Dan was always on time, worked a solid full day and always left the house as clean as he found it.

Beacon Flooring's technical advice on Carpets and Underlays and the optimum combinations of both was invaluable as it prevented me from falling into the trap of making costly purchasing mistakes.

I can confidently give the highest recommendation to both Beacon Flooring and Dan as I had a great customer experience throughout ---timelines, communication, admin and implementation were all excellent. The staff in the shop were also friendly and very helpful.

We chose Beacon Flooring to supply and fit new carpet for the landing and stairs. The choice of carpets was great and from measuring up to the fitting the advice and service was excellent.
