if you are looking for a builder to refurbish your home then you would be hard pressed to find someone better than CDPM. On budget, on time and brilliant at dealing with unexpected issues as they arise aswell as suggesting more creative outcomes. Cannot recommend them more highly.

We had to renew the lining of our roof which had cracked in many places letting the rain through. We were very happy with the work done by Creative Developments and Property Maintenance. Alex came regularly to check on the work and Sarah was always at the end of the phone and ready to help. We would recommend this company unreservedly.

We were searching for a building company to advise us on a few repairs to out property. We contacted Alex at Creative Developments to have a look at the property. Alex was very punctual and gave great advice talking us through the repairs needed. He spent an hour of his time talking us through everything in great detail. Alex provided quotes for the work straight away and left everything with us to think about. We have since employed Creative Developments to carry out a couple of the repair jobs and we are very happy with the repairs and also the team who carried out the work.
