We used Ben as our architect for a recent extension and internal adjustments on our new house. He was filled with ideas and more importantly knowledge from experience as to what planning would/wouldn’t accept. our first plans were declined (as expected), but Ben helped us still achieve what we wanted.He was able to communicate with the council and although we had to wait a bit longer for our permission, we got what we wanted in the end! I could not recommend him enough. Very quick with drawings, always on the other end of the phone or quick at responding to emails to assists us with such an important matter. This is something you do not want to get wrong - and he got it just right!

Ben Whitby made an initial site visit and informed me of the art of the possible. I required a loft conversion kitchen extension a new porch and some internal structural alterations. In fact, there were only 2 internal walls left standing in the end .
Ben drew up comprehensive drawings and we discussed them and made several alterations before he submitted them to the planning department for planning permission. Ben also recommended several very good contractors. He visited the site at very short notice when a problem arise and rectified the issue immediately. A very professional, thorough and approachable individual who I would certainly use again.
