Highly recommend - Very professionnel and Compétitive!
We used Plan B Architecture for our ground floor rear kitchen extension. Yasmeen explained clearly everything and gave usefull advice. They did all drawing and application. They gave us a fixed quote without any hidden charges. They always replied to our email/phone call very quickly. Very reliable, we definetely recommend them and used them again in the future !

I thought that applying for planning permission would be daunting, but Plan B Architecture and Yasmeen made the whole process really easy. They were reliable, arriving at the exact time for their appointment (unlike some other specialists who've let me down in the past) and were really friendly. Yasmeen clearly has a detailed understanding of the planning process and how the council approaches issues in practice, which was reassuring and helpful. She wasn't remotely bothered when I had a last minute change of mind on the design and explained everything clearly. Yasmeen also got the council to correct a mistake on their permission letter very quickly. She's also really responsive to emails. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yasmeen and Plan B.

Yasmeen and Imtiaz were very good from the start of the project. They were easy to contact by email or phone and Yasmen would always phone back to speak with me if she was not available when I initially called. Yasmeen’s drawings were of a high quality and she promptly amended when needed. She providing good advice on the planning process and worked well with the local planning authority. I would highly recommend her and I would use her again for future developments if required.

We used Plan B Architecture for our ground floor rear kitchen extension and 2nd floor outrigger bathroom extension to our existing loft. The company had done several planning applications in our street before so we knew they were familiar with our properties and our local council. We wanted a company with fixed prices so we knew exactly what we would be in for and with Yasmeen and Plan B we certainly got this. Fees and processes were explained to us clearly in advance and we knew exactly where we stood. Appointments were always kept and emails responded to in a timely manner. Yasmeen was a pleasure to deal with and she delivered exactly what we needed. Even a year after the build was completed, and the council had a building control query, Yasmeen and her team responded very quickly and provided the information the council required. I would definitely use Plan B again should the need arise and would recommend them.
