This company performs tests and maintenance on the building fire alarm system of our (tenant) small office building in Hemel H. They are, by considerable margin, the most obtrusive company I have ever experienced in terms of very long loud (weekly) tests. Today we had a 25 minutes full decibel alarm volume test, we all mustered for a fire that wasn't and to be told it wasn't even a drill. There seems to be no customer care in terms of minimising disruption or the length of time the alarms are sounded/tested.
