Did incredibly detailed plans for a large extension and renovation project (thought about everything). Fantastic ideas and thoughtfulness went into the plans and the build stage is going very well. Insufficient investigation of existing structure despite being provided with original plans has led to multiple issues with conversion . Conversion still in progress and expecting to find more issues . Wanted to charge extra to alter drawings to remediate their error and when challenged on this did not have the courtesy to respond . Very poor service for the high price paid . 5 star price 1 star service
