We worked with Fasciato to transform our two and a half bedroom house to real family home. Chris's advice, support and guidance have been brilliant.
With only a broad idea of what we wanted, the team helped focus our ideas and after numerous consultations and discussions they brought our vision to life.
Chris was with us every step of the way and worked with our builder and quantity surveyor to ensure the process ran smoothly. Chris was was able to ensure the builders were kept on track and that any problems that arose were rectified. He held the builders to account ensuring that they followed the plans precisely.

Having an architect to guide us through the process from design, to submitting planning, through to finding a builder and finally to building and handover was invaluable. I can recommend them wholeheartedly!

Ian Scullion was recommended to us. We wanted some ideas on improving the house, and Ian helped us with various concepts. We decided to replace our conservatory with a garden room and it has been a great success.
