The tall lad carrying out works at B&Q Watford today was apparently extremely rude to my 92yr disabled Mum who couldn’t park because his van was parked across disabled spaces. She was sworn at and told there are plenty of other spaces! The lady can barely walk any distance and I’d doing her best to keep mobile. That’s no way to speak to an elderly lady. Absolutely disgraceful!! He should be ashamed of himself!

Parked on a working taxi Rank is in high Wycombe bus station (at someone’s workplace and holding them back from earning their livelihood) spoke to the driver and was told I am on a job. Do what you like. If that’s the attitude of the driver then you can imagine the standard of the company. I have emailed them with pictures but no response yet. He has been there for last half hour so far .
