One year on from the start of building a single-storey side-return extension of approximately 58 sq.m. including internal work.
We now have a much improved well-insulated house with underfloor heating to the whole of the new extension.
A large kitchen/dining area has been created with a large roof lantern over the island in the kitchen. Plus a super downstairs shower room with W/C and separate utility room with futuristic touch-screen boiler and electric flat opening roof above.
Additionally we had a chimney breast removed from one of the bedrooms above.
We are extremely pleased both with the high standard of work and attention to detail.
We found Archie to be very approachable, quick to respond to any of our many and varied questions and would be happy to employ him in the future.

Archie and the team at AMD are excellent, high standard of work, communication, flexible approach and all at a fair price. Having completed our double garage below we have been happy to have them back to do additional work on the house.

Very satisfied with the standard of work undertaken which included a chimney breast removal, removal of an internal wall and new external door and window, with associated supports and steel beams. Very clean and tidy during and after the work. Responded to calls and clarifications. Would recommend to others.

We had a patio and a fence moved/driveway dug up by this company and I am impressed how neat and precise the job is and how neat and tidy it was left. Bearing in mind most of the garden was dug up, you would never have imagined it. It was left level and tidy.

Would definitely recommend and will be back in touch soon for an extension.
