New water pipe fitted. The 2 young lads were brilliant hard working. Michelle at the office was great with dealing with all my questions. Everything was on time and the job was completed same day as they said. Would highly recommend this company

Recent renewal of mains water pipe to our house, using moling.
Can’t praise them enough, it was clear the job was more challenging than they had anticipated with many obstacles to overcome (literally), they worked effortlessly to meet the intended outcome, they were professional and friendly. They made me feel confident with them doing the job.
It was near on impossible to know they had been, leaving the areas as originally found - even the block paving that had to be taken up.
The price was very competitive.

Ours was a domestice water main replacement due to a leak in the existing lead pipe. Was far from a straight forward job given the age of the building but also the ground being littered with sandstone deposits. The team put in very long hours and a lot of hard work to get the job done. Wouldn't even known they had been by the end. Friendly, tidy, hard working and skilled. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Very grateful given some of the experiences we've had with other company's working on our property!

We were very impressed with Mark, Kev and Ryan. Turned up on time and were so hard working and friendly. They worked through the hottest week of the summer without a moan! Very impressive. Work was done quickly and they left the garden in an excellent condition. A skip was delivered and collected on time. A jolly good job of work. Will need to wait for the winter to test the drainage but feel confident. The office staff, particularly Kirsty were really polite and friendly.

I've had a lead water supply pipe replaced by a 14 meter length of plastic pipe. The work was completed within about 5 hours and other than a 'riser box' (necessary) on the wall, no-one would know any work had been done. The garden looked exactly as it had before work started. I'm very please with the completed job.

Our water pressure was poor, turned out there was a slow leak on our old lead pipe. My friend recommended Mole to replace the water pipes as they had used them for their house. All staff were helpful and friendly, explaining the process well. The lads that came out were polite and efficient, the job was done in a day. The difference is amazing! I can’t believe we put up with rubbish water pressure for so long. The water board took 4 weeks to connect to mains which improved water flow a little more too. I would highly recommend Mole for water pipe replacement.

We had severe flooding at the back of our garden whenever it rained. Crates hadnt worked for us - infact theyd made our situation worse and the water table was very high. Mole Group came over and assessed the situation, giving us advice and explained out problems. We booked them in as the price was excellent and they could come and install a chamber and pump within 2 weeks. They were punctual and polite, completing the work in one day when they originally planned to do it across two days. The pipework runs right underneath my garden to my drain and to an outdoor power socket. The garden looks untouched even though they had to dig it up in two parts, and my paving looks exactly the same even though they had to lift it in various places. Very happy
