If I could give less than zero I would. Absolute cowboys left my house looking disgusting. They have completely ruined my kitchen. I can't even look at it. Would never ever recommend them. They should be ashamed of what they call their work. If your Council tries to let these idiots into your house refuse them for your own sake.

I got dangerously tailgated by one of their vans (reg - NA72 HCL) in Warrington yesterday (2/8/23)

I emailed the company to report this dangerous, irresponsible behaviour and they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge my email never mind do anything about it.

This tells me that at best they don't care if their employees drive in a dangerous manner and at worst they actively condone it. Which ever way around it is I'd say this makes this company one to avoid like the plague and no one should ever do business with them.

I forwarded you the email I originally sent to M&Y on the 4th August. I've forwarded it to you again today (9th August)

Final update.
It's clear what M&Y's policy is to their drivers being a dangerous liability is - they don't care. What happens when you email this address is you get endlessly passed on to different departments all with a "5 days to hear back" timescale until eventually you stop hearing anything back. So the only conclusion you can end up with is this circus act of a company is one you should NEVER do any business with.

Waited in all day for an appointment between 8am-1pm only for Debbie to call me at 5 minutes to 1 to tell me nobody is coming round! Debbie is very rude and very intimidating. I dont know how she is still working there! Clearly has no experience in customer service as that is no way to speak to people! It seems to be her answering the phone all the time too! I hope M&Y takes action as I see there is more than 1 complaint about her! I have put in a complaint and will not tolerate it! Very disappointed with her and services m&y provide!

This company carried out work in my area, on my street in Bootle. They left their waste which could have been toxic waste after virtually every shift. They've left plastic tubing on the public footpath and today when they left they'd left a full bin bag on our public footpath! Four fat blokes wobbling around smoking and making a three day job for two men last for four weeks for three men! They're a disgrace!

Dreadful company. DEB is the rudest person. Trying to arrange an appointment is like getting blood out of a stone. First appointment I sat in all day for to be told they "couldnt get access". Liars. No one came. Second appointment arranged and the reminder message came trough for the wrong date! I called to inform them this was not the date requested and no one would be home, we are at work, to be told that date was now fully booked and they would cancel it. Then came a phone call saying they "couldn't gain access". Yep, I know., we are at work and you booked the wrong date so I cancelled it yet you still sent staff to go? Communication obviously non existent, rude staff on the phone, Deb? As for joinery and plastering jobs, what a hash they make of that! So bad I pay for professionals to come in and do. The only people I have had the pleasure of dealing with is two men doing gas checks.
