After toying with many different ideas in my head of ways to carry out a side extension on my house, I started to seek somewhere that could show me visually how it might look. This is when I came across Peek Homes. Before the large costs of architectural drawings and ultimately the build itself, my wife and I wanted to see visuals of what might be without spending a fortune. This way we could make a decision on whether to go for it or not.

Thankfully after getting the initial input from Peek Homes and seeing what was achievable we decided to move forward with our project and are overwhelmed by the final result. The process was simple, efficient and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about having an extension.

Our experience with Peek was amazing from start to finish. I was sceptical at first because of not seeing our designer in person, but I needn't have worried!
Their website was very professional and easy to use. Ordering our plan was simple and they asked plenty of questions about our vision and budget. I had so many ideas for our home but didn't have the skills to create anything to hand which caused frustration. Communication from Peek was brilliant throughout the process and I was so surprised to see our finished plans- which included all our visions and others we hadn't thought of that we will now include! Peek really helped us to imagine how our home could evolve from an old and tired house to a beautiful modern family home. It gave us the excitement and motivation to throw ourselves into research and find contractors to complete the work. Thank you so much to the Peek team for putting together the 3d designs for my house. The visuals are fantastic.

We instructed an independent architect 6 months ago as we were looking to get planning permission on our home. However, I wish we had come to Peek first as seeing the floorplan, design and layout in the Peek 3d design really gives a much more in-depth visual into what the project will look like and how everything will come together which we weren't able to fully get the jist of from the architects 2 drawings.

Our experience with Peek designs has been invaluable and has given us a set of useful plans to hand to our builders for quotes. We were kept in the loop and updated throughout with regards to the progress of our plans. We were introduced to new ideas on how to use space and increase light within the property which were our main concerns. Initially I was a bit sceptical. I am not the best artist. How could they do the designs accurately?
Well I was blown away. It was such a fantastic experience. They really know what they are doing and did an amazing job on a complicated wrap around extension to a 1700 house.
The designs were very good, accurate and on brief, with some added new amazing ideas.
The experience is very good, you get your designs, an explainer video, all really clear.
Peek Homes is a pleasure to work with.
If you want to get really clear visualisations of your "ideas" for a few hundred pounds, then this is the service for you.
I need to buy another property so I can use them again.
