Chris was very prompt in his initial reply to my enquiry. Had a couple of quotes and went with Chris mainly because unlike the 2 carpenters that quoted and could only do the woodwork, his team took on the whole project including woodwork, plastering and electrics (which were sub contracted) but meant i didn’t have to deal with multiple trades/people or issues with fitting them in around each other.
Rich and Michael came to do the work, both were polite, professional, kept things as tidy as possible taking a wall down under the stairs and custom building cupboards, drawers, wine rack, shelves and space for fridge as requested. Very pleased with end result.

Selected as Chris visited to assess the work and offered solutions to issues and he listened to high detail and level of finish required. A professional outfit with excellent attention to detail and Chris made visits to oversee progress. Rich our daily visitor was a pleasure to host him daily and his own level of attention to detail is outstanding. He even rounded off an edge on door threshold so that grandchildren didn't get injured. Existing Kitchen doors cut to new size required were to an excellent finish and all trims matched in perfectly.
All visitors (approx5) were courteous and all mess cleaned up frequently.

It's a 5* review because CC&M were quick to pick up through Checkatrade app, excellent clear comms and everything was completed to a high standard of finish. We are really pleased with the work carried out by Complete Carpentry, to install a permanent staircase to replace loft ladder up to existing loft conversion. The project grew along the way but Chris, Sam, and the rest of the team were really informative and helpful, providing solutions and helping us achieve sign off with building regulations. The team were 100% professional from start to finish. The team members on the job Sam, Harry and Micheal were a pleasure to have in our home and I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again for future projects. Thank you.

We had some wardrobes fitted and wanted them enclosed with some extra shelves installed. Chris came over to give a no obligations quote, was incredibly friendly and understood the requirements. Rich carried out the work in two days and we couldn’t be happier, we love how our fitted cupboards look and all for a reasonable price. Rich was incredibly professional and his work was of a high quality. Also appreciated that he cleared and cleaned the work area after he left. Our initial enquiry was handled efficiently and promptly by Chris and he and his team completed the repairs to all our upstairs floorboards perfectly. They arrived as promised, worked tirelessly removing carpets, replacing fixings and repairing boards as necessary and replacing carpets on completion. Their quotation was not the cheapest but we were more than pleased that we had chosen to go with Complete Carpentry and have no hesitation in giving them an excellent recommendation.

CCM were employed to carry out extensive refurbishment of three toilets for a school. The work has been carried out to a very high standard. Great communication. Polite, professional, tidy. Would use again and highly recommend.
