PlanFree were able to successfully get me Class-Q planning on a barn renovation followed by full planning on a complete rebuild. Oliver and George are always keen to help, responsive to emails and a pleasure to deal with. I was able to take advantage of their fantastic no-win-no-fee option, twice, which really removed the risk of my planning applications!

My partner & I used PlanFree to apply for planning permission for a Car Port, we knew it might be tricky for us to get permission as we are in a conservation area. Therefore, when we heard about this company and the fact they could apply on our behalf on a no planning, no fee basis, this seemed like the ideal solution for us. We met with Oliver and he explained exactly how this would work, he was very pleasant, thorough and professional in his approach & we felt confident we had made the right decision to use their services. During the process Oliver kept in touch with us & was very quick to respond to any questions or queries we had. I am very pleased to say we got our Planning permission and were happy to pay the agreed fee! I think this is a brilliant concept and I would not hesitate to use this Company again for any planning requirements we might have in the future... Many thanks for a great service!

After considering planning for a single detached dwelling in rural suffolk, we decided to use PlanFree, and have been impressed with the service offered.
Their reply was quick and a site meeting was arranged to discuss some of the options.
All done in a Covid safe way and always with a smile.
Options were fully explained in plain English, no jargon.
We felt that we were listened to and options tailored to what we wanted.
They are a local business with a good knowledge.

We were planning an extension on the side of our house but there were no properties around us which had done anything like it so we were a bit hesitant to front a load of cash on plans which could of gone nowhere however when we heard of PlanFree we thought it was worth a shot. They were reliable and professional throughout the process, drew up some fabulous plans with great little ideas and managed to obtain us the permission we were after in half the estimated application time!

We used PlanFree to help us when we realised that the double yellow lines were due to be removed either side of our driveway making entry and exit onto busy Ballingdon Street almost impossible. They were very helpful and efficient, appealing on our behalf, and the appeal was successful. We were kept informed and received emails detailing the outcome. We were happy to pay the very reasonable fee and would not hesitate to recommend PlanFree for any planning requirements.

We were wanting to get full planning on two large barns. I was extremely pleased with the knowledge and expertise of this company. We had already had planning rejected at this site and his efficient professional service proved for a stress free planning application. Any queries were promptly answered and we received full planning at this site with no problems. I cannot recommend their service enough.
