The scope of work that we undertook changed quite significantly from the original plans however the planning process undertaken including relatively quick iteration of designs and regular discussion points was key to a successful outcome for us.

After speaking a number of architecture companies, we decided to go with Paul. He understood the vision of what we were looking for from the get go and gave us realistic options of what we can achieve with our project.
We were assigned Daniel to be our lead architect on the project and he has worked tirelessly on the drawings to bring to life what we wanted for our extensive renovation project. He worked hard and managed to get everything approved without any amendments which was a huge surprise given that we are planning a rear, side and large loft extension.
We are now in the technical stages and we very much look forward to breaking ground and seeing the end result. I highly recommend them ⭐️

We initially dealt with Paul during our introduction and the initial visit to our home, after which Emily took the lead on our project. She efficiently guided us through the planning permission process, the building control submission (where she went above and beyond to compile draft structural plans ahead of us instructing an engineer just to help to get it underway asap!), and the Thames Water build-over agreement, dealing directly with each of the parties.
Both Emily and Paul were friendly, approachable, and responsive and gave clear and objective advice throughout, making a potentially daunting experience much more manageable.

Outstanding! We recently had the pleasure of working with Paul and Chris for our home extension and we couldn't be more satisfied with Detailed Planning. From the initial consultation to the final design delivery, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism.

Paul and Chris began by 3D surveying our site with BLK2GO, taking incredibly accurate measurements. Despite the complex nature of our non-standard extension, their attention to detail was remarkable.
