Akther and Oliver gave us excellent service in planning our extension, providing help to get party wall permissions from our neighbours as well as the structural design for our ground floor extension. The design of the extension included installation of a steel support beam and rerouting drainage. The extension is now completed to a high standard, and we are very happy with Akther's and Oliver's and their colleagues' contributions to our project. We would happily approach them again for any future project.

Appointing Amir at AS Construction & Structural Engineering to advise on my house extension has been one of the best decisions I made for this project. Amir's knowledge of how my Victorian house would have been constructed, the local clay soil conditions and building regulations has been invaluable. Had the Pleasure of dealing with Mr.Naveed and he diligently did our plans and planning application for the loft conversion. Quite handy to have your structural engineer also able to do architectural drawings. Was always on hand to advise through the construction and facilitate the conversations with the builders. Would recommend if looking for an honest company who know what they are doing.

Fantastic Servuce ! After being given a home buyers survey i was told that the property i was buying had a chimney that was leaning and wall too !
