Steven & Leyla have been a pleasure to deal with throughout our renovation planning. Our floor plans are cleverly designed and we can’t wait to see the outcome. I engaged Steven Gray Designs to obtain Planning for a rear kitchen extension after a recommendation from a friend. Steven engages well with the Client, provided several architectural layout options for discussion and then completed the design to satisfy the Client’s requirements which then obtained Planning Approval from Haringey Council as well as Building Control approval. Steven dealt with the Council directly during the Planning Process answering their queries and also liaised with Thames Water to obtain the Build over approval which I thoroughly recommend to avoid further complications when selling the property or if the sewer is damaged by the building works.
As Steven is a Party Wall Surveyor as well, I engaged the firm to deal with the Party Wall matters on both sides which is now nearing completion.
I found that Steven and his Office Manager Leyla are very prompt in dealing with queries and offer a friendly customer service experience and I thoroughly recommend using their services for any Building Project. I look forward to working with them during the construction works.

Steven is extremely professional, polite and respectful. He supported us all the way with our planning and helped us over all the hurdles of which there were a few. Steven always gives good advice and helps out where ever possible. I found Leyla very helpful too. She helped us a lot with everything. Both Steven and Leyla were always available whenever we needed them. I would recommend Steven's company to anyone. I can not praise them all enough.

Steven & Leyla were with us through every step of the process - managing everything from the design, plan approvals, party wall agreements, project management and just by lending their expertise and guidance to a couple of novices in the home renovation space. Contracted Steven Gray Designs earlier this year for a single story extension. From initial consultation to final approval, Steven and Leyla were great.
