I paid over £2k for a body wrap (1/2 sides, back door, bonnet) on a trafic a little over a year ago (54 weeks). Shortly after I picked the van up I realised that the back door hinges hadn't been done as per the contract. I contacted Grayers, they agreed to rectify their mistake if I dropped the vehicle off to them for the day. That would have meant 90 miles of driving there and back twice to drop off and pick up the van so I asked them to collect it instead, after all it was their mistake. They refused to do so, I have to lose a day out of my life if I want it done as it should have been done in the first place.
Now, a little over a year after the job was done, the wrap is lifting in multiple places. I have no doubt that if I were to ask them to rectify this under their guarantee it would be at the cost of me taking the time out to do so. No point in bothering.
The initial job was good (excepting the omission) although they did take longer than they said they would to do it. However, based on their after sales service I wouldn't recommend them.

We use Paul and the team at Grayers Graphics for all of my sign writing needs and printing plus Merch. Did all the design work and I’m over the moon with the results wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this company five stars
