What a great service. Dave was beyond helpful from start to finish ( which only took 3 days). David assisted me with a wall removal for out kitchen works, and gave me some brilliant practical advice on how to proceed. I will definitely be using Dave again for future projects. Excellent service! David, the surveyor, spent quite a lot of time on site discussing the issues with us and the contractors and a few days later provided a comprehensive report which they found highly useful to complete the work.

A shame to be writing this but we have had a very poor experience whilst doing a full remodel and extension of our house. Initial meeting with James was brilliant but his team totally let him down - communication is awful - constantly having to chase for answers, they measured the size of our house wrong (!!!) luckily identified by the builders in time, there has been a mix up over drawing versions so we have had builders working on old versions sent to us, the consultation meeting said we would have questionnaires to complete and a thorough engagement to help design the house which never materialised, instead a team turned up to discuss it without giving us any notice to prepare and then the first draft of the drawings was nothing like what we asked for. We basically designed the whole place ourselves with them just pulling together the drawings at the end - which were then mixed up and wrong. We have an incredible team of people and project management team managing everything and have been frequently told how appalling WBC have been in this whole process. I do not recommend to anyone to go with this practise but note, it may be different if James is managing it all himself.

We enlisted the help of Western Building Consultants for some home improvement related structural calculations. I'm happy to say the complete service received from initial point of contact, quotation, site visit, design collaboration, report and post report follow ups has been excellent! I needed to have some new Bay windows installed on my house and it was found that the Bay was sagging due to its weight. Dave Leeding did a thorough survey of the Bay and came up with a design to rebuild the Bay. All installed by the builder and window company to Daves specification and meets regulations. Very please and wood recommend.
