I am wondering why my previous review has been removed.
Some houses this company built in Haddenham, Cambridgeshire between 2018 and 2019 have dampness all over the the brick walls, they came and removed a few bricks and saw that there is water inside the walls and did nothing to fix this. According to them they is nothing to do. They are aware of this since early 2021. See photos please

Still waiting for the road to be completed. Been in my bungalow since 2017 . Continuously repairing cracks in the ceilings of my bungalow. Only

Rising damp in the houses Reason Homes built in Haddenham, Cambridgeshire in 2018/2019
Company is aware since early 2021 and hasn´t done anything to try to fix this. I talked to the director several times and according to him "there is no need to further investigation" so I had to start a claim thru NHBC. I wouldn´t recomend buying a house from them.

Unfinished roads, footpaths and green areas, 8 years after the Estate was started.
The developer will not give residents any schedule of works as to when/if they intend to finish the roads to adoptable standard.
Google: The Wisbech Standard Wisbech or 'Cromwell Gardens Estate Wisbech' for details. They have not delivered what they advertised in the brochures! I would never purchase from this developer again!

The absolute worst company I have Ever Had to deal with with regards to finishing estates off in Wisbech alone there are three estates built by reasons that are nowhere near finished and I’ve been like that for over eight years absolute jokers
