Fantastic job by John & his team - completely transformed the space - Knocked two rooms into one to make a huge kitchen diner space - complex steels & supporting piers. Fabulous skills. The space looks like it belongs in a million pound build not in a 1930's Semi. could not be more pleased. Highly Recommend !

Since we took over Earls Barton library and Community Centre from Northampton County Council, we have used EBBC for a number of important jobs.
John and his team never find problems, they always offer solutions and resolve any issues we may have.
They have build us a big extension for storage, refurbished our old store room, cleaning cupboard and W.C. to give us an office and a bright, and more spacious, upgraded and accessible W.C.
They have installed a dropped kerb and a light to make our pathways easier for our elderly and disabled customers to negotiate.
They are just about to embark on the refurbishment of the exterior of the building, replacing rotting wood, re roofing an area and repainting all of the exterior, ensuring that the poor finish, left by the council is correctly reworked, to give us a longer-lasting, better looking exterior.
We would always recommend them and will continue to use them for any work we need.

EBBC has recently knocked through an upstairs wall to create a new door, creating access and linking two rooms for us. This was not a straightforward knock-through due to the sloping ceiling and restricted height where we wanted the new door, but John checked out the options, ensured building regulations were met, and the team achieved an excellent result, creating a standard size door complete with fittings and architrave surround tailored to the space available within three days. The space was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, and the initial quote and final bill were very fair. This was not the first job EBBC has completed for us, and in the future whether for a major building project, or a smaller project like this, EBBC would always be our 1st choice go-to company. Highly recommended.

John and his whole team were fantastic from the beginning of our build right through to the end. From the initial consultation on the architect drawings advising of changes to maximise the new space, enabling us to view prior projects the team had worked on, to the care and attention given throughout, we had a fantastic experience. The quality of work has been exceptional and as a result our kitchen and study extension has transformed the way we live in our house.
No question was a silly question, communication and project management was smooth and the team genuinely cared about every finishing touch. Thank you EBBC and the team!

I had a large extension created, built, and project managed by the Earls Barton Building Company. EBBC in 2023 - Absolutely superb !! 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I can hand on heart thoroughly recommend them!! This fabulous company completed the works on time; executed every task to a VERY high standard most importantly …exceeded my expectations of how lovely my extension would look and they did NOT exceed the quote! It was a pleasure working with EBBC - it is obviously always stressful having building works performed-historically some of my previous experiences of building renovations have been stressful - But, with EBBC when the ‘unexpected happened’ or a ‘problem needed to be solved’ they came up with the answers before I even knew the questions - the entire building project was expertly organised executed and beautifully completed by EBBC and I am more than thrilled with the works! The EBBC team were expertly managed by John Elderton - bravo !!! I’m a very happy customer
