Ray and James have been fantastic for us. There was nothing too much for them. They have come in when we had issues with previous builders and sorted it out for us. They have taken the project on themselves, kept us informed, have been very fair and discussed all the details.
They made sure that we are happy with the work and have been fantastic with their communication. They have delivered on every level and have made sure that we were able to relax and enjoy family time while they took care of the loft conversion project.

Absolutely thrilled with my loft conversion. I would definitely recommend Lowrie Property Developments for any building work. Ray, James and the team were extremely efficient and business like at every stage of my project. They were respectful and helpful at all times. They listened carefully to what I wanted and also offered good ideas to improve my design. I was always informed of the different stages and told what to expect. They always turned up when they said they would or explained if there was a delay. There were a few small problems but Ray came back very quickly to sort them out. I have had bad experiences with other builders in the past, so it was wonderful to find such an excellent firm. Five stars.

Absolutely fantastic and professional service from start to finish. Offering suggestions, advice throughout & going the extra mile. We had an en-suite gutted, bedroom re-plastered & the downstairs cloakroom refitted. Nothing was too much trouble. Very clean & tidy working.
