Despite EAP being amazing support over the last couple of years whilst trying to move house, I paid for a survey which was carried out at the start of June 2023, and am still waiting for the report. I have chased for the report in writing many times, and the response is that they will get back to me. I am still out of pocket with no report.
Do not use this company.

I echo the reviews of other posters that much chasing was required, deadlines were missed and there was a lack of communication from EAP. Drawings often needed several revisions due to small errors. However, we were generally happy with the quality of the work until our building project started. Our builder found significant mistakes in the measurements that EAP has used meaning that changes had to be made on the fly onsite in order for the project to progress. This is despite EAP charging us extra to make a site visit to take measurements. I tried to take this up with EAP directly but after an initial response my emails have been ignored. Unfortunately I would recommend you look elsewhere for architectural services.

The team at EAP have been brilliant throughout our project. We are undertaking a fairly large extension and the team at EAP have been very patient and responsive to critical aspects of the project. I would certainly be using them again and would happily recommend!

EAP provide a professional service at a reasonable price.

An engineer visited our property to look at removal of an internal load bearing wall, and after the plans came back requiring more structural work (and expense) than expected EAP listened to our concerns, and promptly sent out another engineer who provided recalculations at no additional cost.

Would not recommend to anyone. We were removing an external load bearing wall. Following the first visit, we had to wait 4 weeks to hear anything from EAP. After chasing then numerous times and being told everything is on track, we found out that a person responsible for our calculations left the company. A second property visit was required after that. We were given a deadline then that was still not kept and had to chase again. Overall very long waits, no updates, lack of communication within the company. Expensive and stressful experience.

Having provided a first report following a visual inspection (which was initially delayed by them) EAP then consistently and repeatedly failed to get back to us, despite chasing and promises from the office that the engineer would be in touch. This went on for weeks, finally gave them an ultimatum that we would look elsewhere but we didn't even have the courtesy of a response. We've lost weeks and had a very frustrating time, I wish we'd gone elsewhere sooner. Avoid.

Well nothing happened, big surprise. No response from EAP at all. Emailed again today. This company is a joke.

They are good and fast. My builder needed a structural engineer to advise how to knock two walls for our home renovation. In less than 3 working days I got a visit and the final report with calculations. Impressive, especially when other companies I checked did advise this could take around 3 weeks.
