I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel a genuine duty of care to anyone considering using this construction company. I strongly urge you to avoid them at all costs.
Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company caused significant structural damage to our home, alongside plumbing issues and countless cosmetic problems that have already cost us thousands of pounds to repair — and the work is still ongoing.
Dealing with the owner, Chris, was particularly distressing. He was consistently unprofessional and, on multiple occasions, shouted at me aggressively when I raised legitimate concerns about the work. His behaviour was not only unacceptable but shockingly misogynistic.
To make matters worse, we were charged far more than the original agreed quote, with little to no explanation.

Please see the attached photos — they only represent a fraction of the damage done. Do your research and protect your home and sanity. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

A trustworthy team who were able to support all aspects of my project build. The team were clean and considered when working in the house when my family was around. They worked closely with the design team and were able to recommend the right options in build materials. The after service has been excellent with no major issues and a few remaining snags resolved in a reasonable time period.

Reconfigured my downstairs and have a loft conversion done, basically a full house redesign. Kris was amazing through the whole process, always available to help and dealt with all the changes we had. Quality of work was amazing and the transformation to the house was outstanding.
