Will carried out all planned work promptly and perfectly, in particular fitting a new shower. In addition he investigated a post-storm roof leak, which required using a very difficult access route. We will definitely ask him first whenever further plumbing needs occur.

Fast to arrange a call out. Came bang on time with a text warning of the time of arrival.
Will is so nice, and really works hard to get to the source of the problem. He fixed it and was a pleasure to deal with.

The website is awful and just doesn’t work, I’ve spent a fruitless 15mins trying to book a slot for a quote or even just to enquire. Such a shame as the reviews are good but if you can’t do something as basic of chatting to someone or being able to get a quote, sorry, it’s 1 star from me…….you really need to sort out your website out!
