I highly recommend Just Heating, I was without heating for 41 days at the coldest time of the year, January! In fact that is my only criticism of the company, I only wish they could have come and carried out the work sooner (hence 4 stars instead of 5). Tom and Ed are very polite, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The first visit didn't quite fix my issue, although I'm sure this helped my issue, but the second visit certainly did, thanks so much for making me warm again, finally!

Excellent service. Fast response to boiler not working due to oil running out! Efficient, polite and friendly, and serviced the boiler during the job, returning to finish it when they had travelled to secure a part that was not onboard the van. Cleaned and tidied up when they had finished. No hesitation in recommending. Well done Elliot and Ed, and thank you. Existing customer who will happily remain loyal.

A huge thank you to the Just Heating team for coming out the day before the Easter weekend to restore hot water to our boiler! From the first phone call to the resolution (pretty quick), the service was friendly and efficient. Great service- would highly recommend.

Just Heating managed to squeeze in an appointment to diagnose the lack of hot water from our boiler on the same day. Fault was diagnosed, part ordered, and Tom brilliantly turned up the next day and fitted it. I was a little worried since the service was so good that it might have warrranted a "gold star" invoice amount, but when the invoice turned up a day later, it was definitely "bronze star" value! Have now booked the team to come back and service the boiler as well. Their phone number is now permanently in my contacts list.
