The 'Baxi' boiler in my fixed mobile home failed to produce hot water and central heating after I recently moved in. I tried everything but failed. It was freezing indoors. The park managers referred me to G&O Engineers. Duncan came to fix it. It took him a long time to find the fault, which required dismantling the front and was very obscure. He found a loose cable and re-connected it, thus restoring the hot water and central heating. The entire job took about an hour and a half. Duncan was very experienced, professional and informative. Full marks!
Forward to September 2024 when it got really cold and I could not activate my 'Baxi' boiler again. I asked G&O to come and activate it. They sent Duncan (nice to see you again!) who, after a long search, found that the 'sensor' was not working. he ordered a new one and returned in a couple of days to install it and activate the boiler. Now I have hot water and central heating, so thanks again to G&O Engineers. Five stars!

G & O Engineers, Witney, did a very good job for us – moving our boiler to a different location in our Utility room, fitting a different flue, and all necessary pipework. They worked hard and efficiently. The arrangements for the work beforehand were also well-planned. Would definitely use them again.
Their Aga engineer is also brilliant and full of knowledge and did a full safety test on the Aga flue for us.

We wanted 3 more radiators added to our existing central heating. G&O were superb throughout, from the initial consultation to the installation - engineers were friendly, professional, highly competent and did a first rate job. I recommend them very highly indeed.

My boiler broke down on 24 November. My Nationwide Emergency boiler insurance took 5 days to tell me I needed a new boiler. I had 2 days prior to my cruise departure. In 2 days Tom visited my home, gave me a quotation - I accepted and paid £1000 deposit. The following day an engineer drained my radiators and Tom booked and installation for the day after my return. On my return 2 engineers arrived and got to work straight away. Tom called in, a new boiler was delivered and by the next day my installation was finished. I was able to go on my cruise and have my new boiler installed immediately. Thank you Tom and the installation team.

Extremely helpful, professional and expert. Attended quickly and resolved and rectified an issue where the boiler did not respond to the room temperature thermostat regarding the central heating system.
It is a pleasure to deal with a company that provides such a high level of service and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service! Came out for a boiler repair and advised the cost of parts required, money would be better spent on a new boiler (boiler was 19 years old!) Within 2 weeks we now have a new efficient boiler installed. The whole team, from admin through to install. Installers were very efficient, quick & tidy. I will certainly continue to use G & O for servicing (hopefully won't require them for repairs!) and will, & already have, recommend them to others.

It takes a lot for me to go the extra mile to leave a review (I'm also about to email them with similar thanks).
Within 48 hours I'd been visited by two incredibly knowledgeable and supportive engineers.
Not only did they resolve my issue, stick to all booking promises, but they were both really happy to educate me on how to get the best out of my boiler.
They were even able to advise how to save money on our next oil delivery which we jumped on the same day.
