Brilliant service, arranged an appointment last week on Friday, came out the same day, did the survey promised for Monday, received on Monday, and great value for money. Very professional and would recommend highly, he did come over but I wasn't at home so he waited 20 mins until I got home now that s what you call world class service10 out of 10

Very unprofessional surveyor, not only did he create delays on the job but also lashed out at me over the phone; not something you would expect anyone to do to a customer.
I requested Asim Nawaz (CEO of the company apparently and probably one man band) to carry out a cavity wall tie survey.

First i requested a quote from him and it took him over a week to provide a small email to confirm this. He then provided a caveat in the email saying that he wouldn't be able to carry out the survey if cavity wall insulation was installed in the property. I then proceeded to remove an air vent to check and when i came back to Mr Nawaz to confirm that there was insualtion in the wall he began to berate me over the phone, saying that i had used his advice to carry out survey / works myself - obviously not the case.

I reached out again and explained that i was only trying to help him so that his time was not wasted and also confirmed that i did not want to renegotiate his fixed fee, i.e. i will pay him what we originally agreed; but he was happy to burn that bridge.

It's likely he just wanted to make a quick buck by turning up to the job, checking the cavity wall insualtion is in place and then charge me the full fee for coming out without actually doing any work. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
