We contacted Perfect Planning to discuss some big changes we wanted to make to our house. From the start, they made it easy to communicate our ideas and collaborate on them to make them better. The plans that they created accommodated our every need and want with little adjustments. We are very pleased with the final plans and are very happy to have decided to choose Perfect Planning to help us with these plans and with helping us with planning permission. They were great to deal with and very knowledgeable about planning laws and prepared drawings, and submitted the drawings and dealt with the planning department .

Perfect planning completed our entire job (replacing a conservatory with larger rear extension) from initial plans & design to build and fit out. They project managed the works with no management required from me (a big part of why we chose them). Billing was transparent throughout which I liked as I could see what I’d be invoiced for and when. The perfect planning team were very friendly and professional would quickly answer any calls, emails or visits at our house.
Inevitably issues arose during the build but were resolved with little fuss or panic. Our only minor grumble was in the speed clearing rubble/rubbish away from the side of our house but internally they left the house tidy each day.
I would recommend Perfect Planning I would use them again in the future
