We had a new front door fitted by great harwood windows. Everyone that we came in contact with was professional and courteous. We were kept informed of dates and times for fitting and workmen arrived promptly, tidied up and ensured we were happy before they left. I contacted this company after my daughters window had been broken. They measured up for it and fitted it very promptly as they knew that my grandson was struggling to move back home with the window boarded up.

We had a full set of windows and doors replaced by Great Harwood Windows, including a composite front door and French windows. From the beginning, the process of getting quotes was stress-free in comparison to the high pressure direct sales approach we'd experienced with other companies, thanks to their systems of submitting measurements online first, and the surveyor was attentive and helpful in guiding us to what we needed. We had a good deal of choice of supplies and were given a good idea of what would be suitable without being oversold things we did not need. Communication with GHW was done via email and telephone and was excellent throughout.

The fitting itself was carried out by Dave and Ian, and I have only praise for the professionalism of their work, especially during a hailstorm on the first day of removing the old windows! I was working from home the three days they were here and they were always considerate, polite and friendly. They suggested a few changes to window layout as they were working that made a big difference, and we appreciate their input here too.

During the installation it transpired that two windows were faulty (one was the wrong size for the frame, another was cracked). These were fixed the following week in an appointment that was timed for my convenience, and it's now all looking fantastic. The house feels warmer already and we're very happy with how the new windows and doors look.

Overall, I would recommend GHW to anyone, and would certainly use them again in future. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We contacted GHW at the beginning of December to replace 5 Windows and 2 Doors one being a Patio door.The service we received was second to none and extremely professional it's the second time we have used GHW .All the staff we dealt with were polite and friendly and very helpful but may we thank Cameron and Scott who worked for 3 Days in sub zero temperatures and did a truly Professional job faultless a credit to your Company we wouldn't hesitate in recommending GHW to anyone there were also two more lads who spent a day at our house but didn't get there names we can't praise your company enough Thank you 5 Star
