I used Andrew on two projects and honestly, just avoid using his services. In both cases the application was failed and had to be revised number of times. He blames everyone for the failure, council, neighbors, Britain for it's own incompetence. On top of that Andrew's communication skills are terrible, as he created more problems for us with council than helped! We ended up in court with Andrew after more than a year of nightmare with him.
