We carefully selected “Stanley Architects’ to work with us on a project it had taken us almost a lifetime to secure. We wanted to replace the “ugliest house on the street” with a 4000 Square foot contemporary family home with curb appeal.

From a short list of excellent architects, we chose Sean because he was the most passionate about the project. He had the necessary credentials, and his integrity was obvious from the outset. He took time to understand our needs and preferences and how to manage those alongside the limitations of the plot.

Sean designed us a handsome detached home in ‘Chalk’ ‘Weber’ render with contrasting anthracite front door, windows and frame while incorporating the warmth of a cedar wood detail around the window frames.

He managed the whole planning application process from the outset with minimum input from us and the planning was passed with the smallest of tweaks.

Sean was our contract administrator throughout and was extremely efficient in documenting, follow up and chasing where required.

Now over a year in the residence most days I will still notice some design detail or other which I will mentally thank Sean for and
acknowledge as being impactful, spot on, precise.

Despite building through the Covid crisis Sean delivered us a house that met all our specific family needs and one that oozes curb appeal. An excellent outcome and a home that I can guarantee all vistors will ,on arrival, declare a definitive “WOW”.
