We contacted DSA to help with our home project. We didnt think we needed an Architect at first but when the builders asked for plans we needed to start shopping. We contacted DSA whom agreed to come and visit us. Keshive came and chatted with me and my husband for no more than 10 minutes he didnt really seem interested. He advised that he would send out a quote within a few days but 2 weeks on nothing. We chased and eventually had a reply. WE HAD NO FEEDBACK AT ALL. We had a proposal for fees and that was it. We eventually went with another firm based in Whetsone they were slightly more expensive but well worth the appointment.

Great company designed a block of 25 flats for us and got it passed 1st time round. I have used this company on several projects and they always produce amazing results. Wouldn't fault them in any way. Nice guys that do a great job hassle free.

From start to end our experience with DSA has been brilliant. With delays on planning permission due to Covid they kept us well informed and always went above and beyond to ensure we would be happy with our end product. Where other companies may have just passed stages to complete the work DSA questioned each stage to ensure our vision became a reality. I would highly recommend going with DSA.

Kesh and his team were incredible in helping me put my dream house ideas into reality...I was so impressed with their clever design and their suggestions regarding space planning to make the best of our extension - things that I hadn’t even thought of and talking me out of ideas that were not cost effective and would not overall create the look I wanted - in hindsight I’m so glad you were straightforward with your advice. I wish I had gone with Kesh and his team for the building regs and site supervision package - at the time I was trying to reduce costs but in the long run it has cost me more in resolving issues as they arise, whereas Kesh and his team would of front end guided me through this without having to make on the spot more costly decisions - my biggest regret so far with my build is not sticking with Kesh and not going for the full package - Kesh has still been kind enough to provide ad hoc advice where desperately required. Thanks Kesh and team you have been fab!!!
