We recently got our loft boarded and added a loft window. The work was quoted free of charge and Michael came round the day that I called. We were happy with the quote which compared with other companies seemed very reasonable, so we booked in the work for the next week and it was completed in the allotted time for the price quoted with minimal disruption to our house. Michael completed quite a complex loft conversion for me a few months ago.

1. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was carried out. Unlike many companies, the job was completed for the original budget.

2. Michael was punctual, friendly and cleaned up whenever there was mess in the house.

3. Most importantly, I can't fault the quality of the work. Nowadays, it is extremely difficult to find quality workmanship and many companies will quote for a job and then pass it to a less experienced team, but when working with Hert's Lofts, you work directly with Michael so you can be assured of quality.
