Contacted Rolf Hayes on multiple occasions to contact me back and he’s just blanked my messages!
This is also regarding an issue where this company installed the UFH on my new build property and the downstairs WC is absolutely freezing! They have tried to fob me off but there are 5 of my house-type on my estate and we all have the same issue!

I was contacted via email to book an appointment in and the aftersales manager gave me timeslots which would take place in 1 hour's time during a Monday. I mentioned I wasn't able to do so and continuously followed up to make the appropriate arrangements in advance but did not receive a response to 2/3 emails that I've sent.

It could be down to a single employee but if this is reflective of company values and customer service, then I'm very disappointed.

My system was installed by WMS 5+ years ago and stopped working when the colder weather kicked in this winter. I called WMS (right before Christmas!!) and was transferred to Rolf who assessed my problem over a video call and was able to identify the part that needed replacing. He sent me the link to 2 different suppliers for this part which would allow me to purchase the part in advance of an engineer coming out in order to minimize the cost of repair. Rolf also explained how the whole system works so I now feel able to keep an eye on all the lights, controls, etc to know how to maintain everything in good working order. I had several follow up questions that I sent via WhatsApp which he always answered the same day. I hope that WMS retain Rolf as he has a wealth of experience and would highly recommend this firm.

There has been nothing good about this company and the way they deal with their customers. I have had on going issues with dead spots in regards to heating throughout different areas of our house. But alI they seem to care about is, who’s paying to rectify theses issues. Is the developer, or the plumber who installed it to their exact specifications they supplied. The only person loosing here is me the customer. I would stay well clear of this company at all costs.

Have been having problems with the valves and pumps associated with our WMS underfloor heating system which is 5 years old. The local plumber quoted me £1,100 (inc Vat) to replace the two Grundfos pumps that had 'seized' so I gave Rolf at WMS a call. He explained what he thought the problem was and helpfully phoned me that evening to talk me through what to do. I freed one of the pumps myself in 5 seconds (saving £550!) but couldn't free the other. Rolf offered to come out the next morning at 8.30 am as he was passing close by. He freed the second pump with 5 minutes - there was an associated problem with the new power valve that the local plumber had fitted the day before which was stopping the pump from being activated but once Rolf had sorted that, he freed the pump - another £550 saved!
Can't praise Rolf enough for his after sales service.

WMS were called out last minute to finish installation of my underfloor heating system at my new build home. Arrangements were made for the engineer to collect the keys first thing in the morning and not only was the work carried out to a very high standard, but a handwritten note was left explaining exactly what work had been done. A contact number was also left so that I could contact the engineer for future advice if I had problems with the controls. I was also offered some free user manuals. WMS is obviously a company that goes the extra mile and really cares about the standard of the work they do.

VMS Underfloor Heating were extremely helpful when I recently encountered a problem with my underfloor heating. Rolf Hayes was quick to assess the issue and talked me through it over the phone meaning that I was able to make the appropriate repair myself quickly. He also arranged and followed up to provide me with details of contractors who cover the area I lived in. IJC Building services made themselves available at short notice and provided great service to diagnose and correct the problem. Happy customer having experienced great customer service and being warm again whilst working from home. Highly Recommended.
