A few years ago I contacted Graham to look in to some work for me. Unfortunately I found Box architects through Google. Graham visited my supermarket premise, toured, and said he would get back to me with a quote. Having emailed his quote, I stalled on proceeding. It just so happens, Graham would then drop off 'sketches' at my supermarket because he felt he could do so much with the site. Amazed at his enthusiasm, which entailed spending time doing sketches without even asking him, I decided to give Graham the go ahead for the job. Many people from Box were involved, payments were made. However, clear problems were identified in the drawings that were initially presented. Having said that, we steamed ahead until the drawings were accurate and reflected ground reality.

Box architects took money for planning fees but just before submission could be made, we as a company decided not to go ahead with the plans. Believe it or not, this was in 2014. Since that time, I have constantly asked for the monies to be returned. I have emailed Angela, Ken, Graham (numerous times) but to no avail, not even the decency to respond.
