When purchasing our forever period property, the surveyor recommended the need for a structural Engineers report. I contacted Simba Consultants Ltd, I spoke with Parminder and explained our needs. Within one week, he had arranged access to the property with the Vendor, carried out the survey and sent us a brilliantly detailed report.

We cannot thank Simba Consultants enough for their professional, friendly and very knowledgeable approach. Superb service and we highly recommend them. We will be using them in the future for all our structural needs.

The service we received from Parminder was absolutely fantastic! After getting a Homebuyers survey done on a house we are looking to buy (with a different surveyor organised by the bank) we were told we needed a Structural survey completing. As we are looking to beat the Stamp Duty deadline we were in a rush. The first time I spoke to Parminder he filled me with confidence, and was very easy to talk to. He did the survey the following week and returned the survey same day, which is incredible baring in mind we had to wait 3 weeks for the Homebuyers.
