Aihtsham Rashid (Sham) has just completed our downstairs WC and upstairs bathroom, and the transformation has been amazing. We were given different options to choose from for our tiles, taps, bath and sink. The end result was a bathroom and WC that my wife and kids absolutely love now (they were previously very out dated and not appealing!). The workmanship was of high standards and the staff were always friendly and trustworthy (I don't like people working in the house usually but these guys were very professional). Overall a very happy customer who has already recommended Ontime to friends who have booked in with them already.

I used Ontime Construction for a recent wrap around extension.

From the very first meeting with Sham until completion the process was simple and a lot less stressful than I thought it would be!

As a structural engineer I have worked on many extensions. Meeting Sham originally and talking through what I wanted Sham brought his experience and ideas to the table pre-construction. I was put at ease very early on with Sham. He is calm and has a great team he works with.

Communication is key and Sham and his team nails it. He is approachable and always keeps you up to date and what is planned and what is required.

The team Ontime and Sham uses are experienced and their standards are what the industry should be aiming for. From the ground workers to the plasterers the work is brilliant. They adapt to situations on site and were very respectful of our existing property. We had some needle and prop work done in existing bedrooms and everything was covered and sealed.

I would highly recommend Sham and his team for any of your building work.

I had spoken to numerous builders/ companies before choosing Ontime Construction to do my rear single storey extension in North Leeds. Ontime were very professional, responsive and most importantly, competitively priced- with a full comprehensive service of architectural drawings/ plans, building, roofing and joinery to plastering, plumbing and electrical work. I can honestly say, the work that has gone into the extension has been exceptional from the very beginning. They have looked after my home as if it were their own and I was always kept updated with what was happening. I was so confident in their work that I also chose them to completely renovate my upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet aswell. My family have also been impressed with their professionalism and quality of work, that my brother and mum have now chosen to use Ontime Construction for their extensions too! We switched to Ontime Construction to complete our extension building on a semidetached house after we were not happy with the previous company. We initially contacted to Sham who brought his team member for initial discussion. Once we agreed that Ontime will take this project forward, Mohammed took over the project and was able to start on the extension within 4 weeks. They had to work from an already approved plan which sometimes caused some obstacles, but they were always able to find a solution in a timely manner. We were getting regular updates about the progress and what is the next step. Building work on a house is always stressful especially when you live in that house, but having Mohammed meant that we did not have to order materials, negotiate with trades, or try to get a new trade in when someone cancels. They closely monitored all work and had constant communication with the building control which helped the project to keep within regulations. Ontime Construction were very professional and went above and beyond to complete the extension the way we wanted it. Wish we would have known about them from the start so they would have done the project from planning stage through to completion. We would recommend Ontime Construction for extension works to remain stress free knowing that you've a trusted company and competent contractor undertaking the works.

We have recently renovated our newly bought house with Ontime Construction and it has been a wonderful experience. For someone new to the place Ontime guys are trusted name to depend on. The best part of them is their flexibility to adapt to changes from landlord while doing work and of course the timely completion of the job was another quality of theirs to be mentioned. The budget compared to the market standard was also quite reasonable. I would credit Aihtsham and Shujaat for the truly satisfying job they did for our home !!!
