Excellent, communicative, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to discuss the project with. Has always turned up when he said and has always been quick to respond to any queries. Prices were reasonable, work was done to a good standard and always happy to help and cope with a few changes as the project developed. A few bumps in the road were hit due to external factors and slight issues with the drawings (not Rob's fault) etc but they were all dealt with professionally and honestly, keeping me informed and involved throughout. We realised we'd outgrown our home as a family but we wanted to stay, we we're nervous about going down the extension route with 2 young children, no knowledge in the area and costs rising. The local knowledge coupled with extensive building experience was my initial reason for working with them and they did not disappoint. We had a single-story extension done with multiple roof windows, 2 interior walls removed, new facias, repointing, a new kitchen, electrical & plumbing work and some general remedial work. Greenwood took care of the project and with us living in throughout the build. Since it is an old house, many awkward issues cropped up throughout the process.

All issues were promptly & professionally dealt with and the end product is brilliant, especially the kitchen. The lads were a pleasure to have around, lots of laughs along the way, we would highly recommend Greenwoods for your project.
