DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY first of all Liam is a disgrace to the industry.
He quoted £40k for the work with a detailed quotation of what was to be done , he asked for £20k deposit for materials to supposedly get the best price for what we required ( the truth is he has 6 CCjs and cant get credit ) which i only found out after after doing a credit search .
And so it begins
It was agreed for me to pay weekly for labour, work started to clear the site early November by early December things were less than acceptable.
After Christmas Liam suggested that the front block paving should be removed and re-laid to which I agreed he said he would redo it at cost price and also the rear wall was not substantial enough for the patio so it was agreed a further £20k reluctantly would be need to complete the project,
Men working for him started to not come to site, every time i tried to contact Liam there was always an excuse as to why no one was available, I was assured that men would be back onsite between Christmas and New Year but no one came, and no contact from Liam, January came and some work recommenced.
I was concerned that something was not right but was assured by Liam that the materials were all at the supplier concerned I rang them and they told me there was a substantial deposit with them, so feeling reassured continued to pay for labour and further materials.
Further issues with men not being onsite or only coming a couple of days, Liam was hardly ever on site and never turned up for meetings arranged to discuss the issues. A perfectly good fence at the back was taken down and rebuilt poorly and then taken down again paid for by me.
The new wall was built 20m long and 2m high built with 4" of compo as footings !!! with no reinforcement and backfilled 3 days after being build the cement had not cured cracked and had to be taken down and i was expected to pay for materials and labour to rebuild this.
Weeks passed with men turning up for a couple of days and then disappearing Liam always had an excuse if he bothered to answer his phone, by this point i was in so deep believing the job would be completed continued to pay labour.
By the 2nd of March having no contact from Liam I decided enough was enough and told him I did not want him or his men back on site , at this point have paid out £51,000 I was left with a complete mess
I spoke to the supplier and was told only £5k was on deposit so of the £20k I had been assured was for materials £15k was missing ,in total I have given or spend £32k on materials and £18k on labour with nothing to show for it.
I asked for £25k back which was a fair amount and was told NO and if i took him to court he would wind up the company and having no assets i would get nothing, he said he would pay me back £15k @ £1k per month take it or leave it nearly 3 months on not a single penny has been received.
The law is not on the consumers side the police say its a civil matter and not interested to take him to court would cost £3k and as it’s a limited company he would wind up the company trading standards are not interested.
I have been a complete fool it was obvious looking back that the project was too big and he and his men were not capable of completing it and instead of telling me this and stopping me from losing more money he saw me as an old fool and a cash cow . i hope this stops him from doing it to anyone else.
This breach of trust has resulted in significant financial loss and considerable emotional distress

Liam provided me with a very competitive quote for my new patio, which included removal of the old one. Liam and his team were most friendly and easy to talk to. They worked very hard every day for around 6 days to deliver my new patio and I am very pleased with it. Liam and the team returned a few weeks later to fix some minor issues and provide reassurance that in the unlikely event of there being any further problems, I just needed to call. Overall, I very pleased in terms of workmanship and value and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Liam’s quote for my front garden and driveway was easily the most competitive.
Liam and his team worked hard, were pleasant and polite and always cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. They were also very considerate of my neighbours. The job took just over a week to complete and I am more than pleased with the end result.

Things didn’t get off to a good start -Liam failed to turn up for our first meeting and claimed to have forgotten about it ! Mistakes can happen I guess.
However,at the end of the day Liam and his team did a great job and we are very pleased with the end result.
Liam also agreed to do a couple of very minor cementing jobs for me but despite several promises failed to carry them out .
This was disappointing and took the shine off things a little bit but overall I was extremely happy with the driveway and would certainly recommend the Company for any further projects of this nature.
I am very satisfied with the work carried out at my property and would have no hesitation in choosing the Company again-they did a great job.

Great job from Liam and the other lads.

Work was done in 3 days, worked hard and always made sure to clean up after themselves and were considerate to the neighbours. Good lads who were happy to listen to my ideas and suggest better ones for the job.

Price was easily the best around and I’m really happy with the finish.

Well what can I say that does justice to M&M.
Had a quick, professional and by far the cheapest quote.
Stated as promised Monday 9am and finished Tuesday 10:30am having done a fantastic job on nearly 200m2 tarmac driveway.
