Lymewood Architectural, we have received fantastic service with a fabulous product we are both delighted. Full House of cottage style windows retro fitted with front and back doors. Lovely windows, poor service.

We ordered our windows on the condition of having a fixed date for installation. At 11pm on the night before installation, Roger emailed to say he wouldn't be turning up because the glass hadn't arrived several weeks earlier. We rebooked, and Lymewood missed that appointment too, and the one after that. We finally got our windows finished over two months after the promise date, with multiple issues taking an age to resolve (waiting weeks for handles, window sills, paint etc.)

Roger is a nice guy and his team are great craftsmen (the quality and design of the windows themselves are lovely), but unfortunately they just won't respond to emails or phone calls - every promise results in a disappointment. It's a real shame because the windows themselves are nice; just let down by the customer service. The only time Roger was keen to get in touch was when he was chasing up payment (before the due date!).

5 months after installation we still don't have an official FENSA certificate but I've given up chasing for this.

Update: Following this review, I have now received the FENSA certificate for this work.

Fantastic windows and doors from Lymewood. I am really thrilled, thank you Roger and team. Had 3 large large bays, 10 windows and 3 doors and they have really lifted the property. Would highly recommend.
