We have been present at the Long Bennington Business Park for nearly 10 year's and have enjoyed our time immensely. Occupying modern workplaces with well conceived design encourages staff wellbeing and improved business productivity and performance. The Harlaxton Estates management team are extremely attentive and the business park is clean, tidy and secure. With local amenities including the on-site Café Planet Bake and the walking distance village supermarket plus several food outlets (Deli/ Restaurant/ Pubs/ Takeaway's) the Proici team are well serviced. The location is ideal with easy access to the road and rail network's plus the historic towns of Newark and Grantham are only a short drive. Their dedication to help, support and treat everyone the same no matter what the size of the company is no more reflected than the improvements they have done to the café at Long Bennington Business Park; it’s not just used by people on the park, but also the local elderly community who regularly come and have a cupper tea and a slice of cake and an good old natter – I’m also sure this is helping with their mental wellbeing.

It’s more like being part of one big family than just being a business on a Business Park, and this is no more reflected than when you walk into the reception and Emma greets you with a warm smile and the smile only gets bigger when you meet Martine and then Steve. Then you are top up with Barney.
