Rude, was he really qualified? Couldn't spot how a drain collected rainwater and was quick to rubbish the expertise of others more qualified in their field than him. Must have been a different man posing as a surveyor compared with the earlier reviews I read. I have had many surveys done for us and never experienced anything as appalling as this.
