I would definitely Not Recommend Them.
I had work done by them after a leak.
I have a lung condition and they were aware of this before starting the work.
I was told dust would be kept to a minimum. it was not!
I ended up living in a building site for 11 months.
in this time I contracted 2 severe chest infections in this time due to the conditions, which were totally ignored when mentioning about the dust.
then to really add insult to injury when it came to the repairs they were not of an expected standard. everything was rushed.
the word work was not prepared before painting, hence the first time the hoover went round the paint was peeling off.
I ended up having to pay someone else to redo the work before getting carpets laid.
so all in all I would NEVER USE THEM.
the work was definitely was Not to the level one would expect!
I learnt the hard way, this time being the first and the last.
SO If Your Insurance Company say that DJHRavcon will be doing the work I Would Strongly Suggest You get Your Own Quotes by people you know and trust to do the work.
And to Think I pay insurance for events like this but never expected this.

This company have been appointed by my insurance after a leak in my kitchen. They have been responsible for the drying out process and have made the whole experience manageable. Great group of lads, thank you.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. DJHravcon were appointed by my insurers to oversee the repair work on my property after a fire. I've had to complain about the quality of the work three times. As I was still not happy the insurance company appointed an independent RICS surveyor who fully substantiated my complaints and basically savaged every aspect of the work. The report found even more problems than I had noticed, and the summary is that the work will have to be re-done from scratch. Totally incompetent firm.
