Kevin and team were fantastic in helping me bring together an extension plan for my period property that provided something contemporary whilst being sympathetic to the property. Not flexible at all. Didn’t even get to an appointment with their ego. Wouldn’t say they put their customers first at all and definitely not very flexible

We engaged Kevin Walters to design a new build property for us in 2016. It became apparent that Mr Walters was very poor architects and somebody who paid very little attention to what was requested.

The house he designed did not comply with building regulations and we had little response when the complaint to Mr Walters. Eventually took Mr Walters to court and won our full costs and interest. During the time that this was going on I was contacted by another customer of Mr Walters Who described the exact same situation as I've experienced, therefore it would appear that this is happening to multiple people.

Please be warned that Mr Walters is extremely aggressive towards people when he's challenged over his work. This is an extremely poor experience that I do not want anybody else to have.
