The houses looked and felt amazing when viewed. Definitely a forever home. The Sales Executives were on hand to help and advise when needed, very easy and comfortable to talk with and was given an excellent tour by them. Aisa and Tom need commending on this. Both an asset to the company x

Very shoddy company. Issues were raised 4 weeks before moving in and 2.5 years later still waiting for rectification. Bricks missing outside, gulley drain runs the wrong way, customer services are a joke and not worth the pay they earn. My sales officer was brilliant, but she has left the company. When she saw the state of the house on cpletion, she broke down in tears and was so apologetic. There are genuine staff members but the rest are 'get rich quick' and build it, flog it and do nothing else with it.
When I raised issues that previously been missed (external faults) I was told " you are outside the 2 year mark and we don't recognise third party reports". Due to COVID ( which they used as a cover all) they didn't come to the house for 18 months. This was meant to be a luxury house and to be fair, it is poor quality, poor finish, awful paintwork and useless customer service and rectification. If I bought this house now, knowing what I knew then, I would have kept 150k back until fixed. Please consider your options if you choose to buy with these cowboys.

What should be an exciting for our family turned out to be a very costly exercise. Unachievable exchange date imposed particularly when they sent the paperwork to our conveyancer less than a week before exchange. Noticed that the garden size was alot smaller than other houses of the same time as well as neighbouring properties that were 10s of 1000s less in price. Also told the prices were fixed when speaking to other purchasers and looking at online data they are clearly not. Raised query with customer service team who were not bothered. Wasted alot of time and money dealing with this conpany and feel ripped off and lied too. Now out of pocket and waiting for refund of reservation fee which will be returned when head office process the paperwork apparently. They do not return the reservation in full and all extras are non refundable even though they have not been ordered or fitted as of yet and the exchange date was unachievable. Never pick up the phone and take days respond to emails usually with a responses such as my manager says no and so forth. Poor customer service. Terrible experience. They must make lots of money off people this way who never get to purchase the property or end of paying paying significantly more than their neighbours. Stay clear.

Very disappointed with my experience purchasing a property on Sandlands Park Hucknall.
Problems with faulty carpets missing power points, badly plastered walls and ceilings , problems with staircase pore quality bath repairs badly creaking upper floors ,and so on and so on.
You are are not aloud in to your new property until the day you move in and that’s when the problems start.
Harron Homes do sort problems out after you have moved in , but you could avoid a lot of problems if you could have been able to enter the property before the moving date .
Customer service is very poor.

Paid a deposit on a part ex they took for a new build. Forced us to pay for searches over 6 months before potential moving date. Delayed forever and eventually their buyer pulled out as a result. Left us with nowhere to go and out of pocket to the tune of around £650 plus solicitors fees. Before you buy join harron homes hastle group on facebook and see for yourself all these issues...

Awful company. Disgusting customer service. They told me I'd have been treated differently if I'd let them pick me a home as apose to me choosing which style I'd like to purchase. Very rude, very low part exchange offer. Never contacted when told I would be which left me chasing them.
