What can I say, by far the best product on the market. I’ve shopped about as well and nothing comes close. I was lucky enough to be introduced to my own personal agent who by the way is the most helpful, best response and all round amazing guy. Who continues to bend over backwards to provide me with the A1 service he always delivers. Justin Cole you are the best client I deal with. Thank you sir. If only all other company’s had a Justin.

products and spent a lot of money with them. They did not send all the products I ordered; they agreed they made a mistake and said they would resend them, but they haven't. I cannot finish my project. They are refusing to answer my emails or phone calls. When I escalated the complaint to senior management, Calum Garvey - head of technical said he would personally arrange for the products to be sent, but he hasn't. He has ignored all my emails and phone calls. Terrible company. Do not use. Worst customer experience i have ever encountered.

Purchased Ecoscape decking boards in January 2021 to revamp my back garden area. Have been so pleased with the product. Really hard wearing. Does not fade. Easy to keep clean and easy to maintain. Looks fab still. Really pleased with it. Would highly recommend.

I was looking for durable and easy maintenance decking for my Scottish Holiday cottages & after much research , I chose Ecoscape composite decking. I have now completed 2 projects and am delighted with the results. Ecoscape were really helpful with designs and chatting over the project, as well as useful installation videos - also the price was unbeatable. We used clarity graphite & forma spiced oak (for the seating), they compliment each other so well! Highly recommend Ecoscape !

We’re based in Northern Ireland and came across Ecoscape and their impressive product line on Instagram. Straight away we ordered samples of the composite decking and cladding which arrived in the post unbelievably quick. Immediately we knew this was the product for our new build. Quality robust material and unreal finish. Our builders were super impressed also.

Straight away we made contact with Ecoscape and helped to calculate what we would require for the job. We dealt with different people who were all unbelievably helpful and who all gave us great confidence in what we were about to purchase which for us was a significant quantity and investment. At time of ordering we felt well looked after and had full piece of mind knowing that what we were about to receive was top quality and worth the money.

The cladding and decking now installed has exceeded our expectations. We have been overwhelmed with the feedback from ones who have come to visit. Although our build is not yet complete you can see from the photographs that the cladding has helped us create the exact look both ourselves and our architect were after — clean lines, bold and natural — blending in perfectly with the surrounding countryside.

Without this product we believe we wouldn’t have been able to achieve this look which will last.

We continued with cladding and decking on the inside and although lots of tricky areas to work with, both products offered plenty of grace and allowed us to install with ease. It did take time but it was worth the time 100%

Bought some Spiced Oak cladding for my workshop build - the product is of high quality - the most convincing ‘composite wood’ we’ve seen. Many of the competitors look like brown plastic, so I was very pleased in this regard.
Product - 5 stars.

We used the free estimation service, and I sent detailed CAD drawings to the office with every possible dimension. They completed the estimate and sent it out. I clicked ‘pay’ and it was delivered (at a cost of £180). The delivery driver was a nice chap and helped me unload it and carry it all to the of my garden.

Unfortunately when we came to fit, we discovered it was a gross under estimate. There wasn’t enough to cover the plain wall sections, let alone the areas around the doors and windows. We were around a third short. Yes, perhaps I should have checked, but having sent such detailed drawings, and asked for a 5% wastage budget, it shouldn’t have been that wrong! (Their later argument was that they couldn’t account for how it was cut/fitted on site - this was nonsense, as there wasn’t enough square metres in the first place!)

As the project was half way through and I had contractors on site, this meant I had to hire a van and make the 6hr round trip to Ecoscape to purchase an additional £1200 of supplies. I asked for a goodwill discount, considering this trip had cost me around £200 in van hire and diesel - not to mention a day off work (and the estimate was so far out!) - but this was point blank refused.

Moral of the story - don’t use the estimation service - it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. (It’s free for a reason!).

Customer service on the whole - some emails were replied to quickly, others I had to chase - it was a bit hit/miss. The staff were generally polite and knew the product. I was disappointed at the complete lack of empathy for my situation/service when their estimation service had got it so wrong.

Great products and service. The look and feel of the composite cladding is excellent and adds a feel of quality to my Garage exterior. I dealt with Ewa who was absolutely brilliant and made me feel like a customer and not a number. Highly Recommended.

Ecoscape UK – Creating a Chic Outdoor Space
Finding Ecoscape UK on Google was like opening pandoras box to a world of design possibilities to help us create a dream low maintenance outdoor space. They say first impression count, well, our initial phone call to customers services got an outstanding 10 out of 10, professional, efficient, helpful and above all very friendly. Product delivery day was very exciting to see it was just like the free sample pack we had received a few weeks earlier. We chose Spiced Oak slatted cladding as our primary product, but went on to use other parts of their range as our project developed. Working with the boards was incredibly straight forward, easy to cut, put together and machine if required. With a little thought and imagination, the well-engineered composite is also very versatile, lending its self to more than just building/fence cladding and decking.

As the cladding began to enclose our outdoor space, we couldn’t believe how it gave it such a unique appearance, a very chic Mediterranean quality, that has evoked a Wow from everyone that has seen it since. We highly recommend Ecospace UK and its environmentally friendly products to everyone who wants to create a very special relaxing outdoor space. Its doesn’t get any better than this.
