I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to Lacie and team at Kingsfleet for all the time, effort and patience she has shown Dad and I throughout our journey so far. Regardless of the outcome, her support with Dad has been exceptional, and it’s made a real difference to how we feel about the process. In fact, thanks to her help, my partner and I are now seriously considering purchasing our first home at Kingsfleet. It’s such a lovely and ideal location, and Lacie’s professionalism, kindness and familiarity have only strengthened our interest in making it our future home ☺️

Hopkins Homes, and more specifically Lacie, have been fab! As new buyers we felt very out of our depth, but Lacie guided us throughout the process, and answered all queries we had, no matter how small. She would respond quickly to calls and emails, and was always super accommodating to our requests! Even after completion, she has continued to support us where she can ☺️

Don't buy from them. They don't want to know you after you've bought from them. We had a snagging list made by someone in the trade, and a few issues were identified and acknowledged by Hopkins site manager. It was mentioned work could only be done on Fridays and preferably afternoons were possible. This was no problem according to that site manager as we are the customer and paid good money. Site manager changed and suddenly we were told by Hopkins office that we had to provide access to the house whenever it suited them. Complete opposite of what we were told before.

Currently a lot of the houses that have been build start to show issues with the patio doors. The latch is not locking properly. Hopkins once again doesn't want to know because we're out of the 2 year period. The snagging list we made back when we bought the house pointed out the warped patio doors, but this was within the allowances according to Hopkins. Funny that most houses build in that period now start to show the exact same problems. Hopkins doesn't want to know because the supplier of the doors allegedly has gone bust. Numerous people complain about this issue within the kingsfleet Facebook group.

Next house I buy definitely won't be a Hopkins home.

Constructive feedback - Hopkins keen at first and pro active towards the buyer/ customer.
After sales service and snag problems shockingly bad 1-10.
Long standing issues and problems due to sub standard materials used and poor workmanship, constantly having to chase up , no ownership taken on their part or acknowledgment of upheaval and disruption over a sixteen months period for the occupant’s. Would like to be able to explain my dissatisfaction to the directorship and explain in full my observations and concerns about Hopkins, communication is key but a reluctance to interact again a major stumbling block moving forward .

We liked what we saw, the mix of house styles is nice, the layout seems not too built up. The Hopkin show home is a town house, 3 bed, which was nice. We're now considering the town, schools, and size of the estate, which is going to be big, 5000 homes

Very poor communication; they don't reply to phone calls (voicemails), emails or even webchat. Therefore we will look elsewhere.

Rubbish they conned me out of £1,000 so don't buy from this lot there website is littered with bad reviews most also losing there £1,000 deposit
